Section 23 · Effective 1 September 2026

Third-Party Services Policy

Payment processors, delivery partners, cloud hosts and sign-in providers.

23.1 Use of Third-Party Services

AMTA integrates third-party services, including CBN-licensed payment processors, logistics and delivery partners for marketplace orders, cloud hosting providers, and identity-verification providers, to operate the Platform.

23.2 Third-Party Data Sharing

Only the personal data necessary for a third-party service to perform its function is shared with that provider, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

23.3 Liability for Third-Party Services

AMTA selects reputable third-party providers but is not liable for a third party's independent acts or omissions, such as a delivery delay caused by a logistics partner or a processing error by a payment provider, beyond AMTA's obligation to assist in resolving the issue.

23.4 User Responsibility

Users who choose to use an optional third-party integration (such as signing in via a third-party account) do so subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

23.5 Termination of Third-Party Services

AMTA may change or discontinue a third-party integration where necessary for security, legal compliance, or business reasons, with reasonable notice to affected users where practicable.
