Membership Policy

10.1 Membership Types

AMTA offers a free Standard membership and one or more paid tiers (for example, a Vendor Plus or Creator membership) that unlock features such as reduced marketplace commission, the ability to host paid competitions, or enhanced profile visibility.

10.2 Membership Benefits

Paid membership benefits are described on the membership page at the time of purchase and may include lower transaction fees, priority customer support, advanced analytics for vendors, and eligibility to run larger or paid competitions.

10.3 Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed on the cycle selected at sign-up (monthly or annual) and are shown inclusive of VAT before purchase is confirmed; fees may change on renewal with prior notice.

10.4 Renewal and Cancellation

Paid memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refund is given for the unused portion unless required by law.

Where a membership is purchased through an app store, it renews and is cancelled through that store's subscription settings, and the store's refund rules apply in addition to this Policy.

10.5 Membership Suspension

AMTA may suspend a paid membership's benefits, without full termination of the underlying account, where the member breaches these policies, without prejudice to fees already paid.
