User Agreement

Representations, warranties and obligations accepted at registration.

5.1 Agreement to Terms

By registering, the user agrees to the Terms & Conditions, this User Agreement, and every other policy referenced in this document, all of which are incorporated by reference and together form the contract between the user and AMTA.

5.2 User Representations and Warranties

Each user represents that the information supplied at registration is true and current, that they meet the eligibility requirements, that any content they post or list does not infringe the rights of others, and that they will comply with all applicable Nigerian laws, including consumer protection, tax, and cybercrime legislation.

5.3 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and any two-factor authentication method, for not sharing login credentials, and for notifying AMTA immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

5.4 User Content Submission

Content submitted to the social feed, competitions, or marketplace listings must comply with the Content & Media Policy and the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy; submission of content grants AMTA the licence described in the Copyright Policy.

5.5 Termination of Agreement

A user may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting their account, subject to completion of any pending marketplace orders or active competition obligations. AMTA may terminate the Agreement for cause as set out in the Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
